When you browse, create an account, or place an order we may collect: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order details, any personalization you submit (verse text or photos), and technical data such as your IP address, device and browser information. We do not collect or store your full card details — payments are processed securely by our payment provider (see section 4).

  • To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • To improve our products, website and service.
  • With your consent, to send you marketing about new designs and offers (you can opt out any time).
  • To measure advertising and website performance (see section 5).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the store — payment processing, shipping/courier partners, and analytics — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay and the card networks. Your payment information is transmitted directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection and is subject to their privacy and PCI-DSS security standards. oniew never sees or stores your full card number.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (like your cart) and to understand traffic and ad performance using tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention & security

We keep order records as long as needed for our legal and business purposes and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Logged-in customers can also view their orders in their account.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
